I love this salad, there are a lot of variations that can be done (change the type of lettuce, add onions, different yogurt type) but this is how we do it. Easy, impossible to screw up and the ingredients leave you feeling awesome.

I double the recipe for everyone but for one meal to FILL up this is what I would do

3 cups baby spinach leaves
2 cups cut up strawberries (a lot, some may choose to use less)
2 oz strawberry nofat yogurt
1 oz lemon juice
2 tbsp poppy seeds (could not find nutrition values for this on MFP)
1 tsp splenda (could use sugar, sweet n low or honey)

Mix all together and enjoy.

Nutritional values based on MFP's dada base

Calories: 184
Carbs: 35
Fat: 1
Protein: 6
Fiber: 9

It seriously is a great meal in itself or added to a sandwich, heck I'd even have it for desert, especially on a boiling hot day like today!
