Congratulations on meeting your goal! If you change your weight loss goal settings in MFP (0 pounds per week) you will get a higher allowance of calories. Mine went from 1200 to 1500. I've been on maintenance for 3 months. My advice is to just keep doing what you're doing--log your food and exercise, check in, get support from other MFP. Good luck!0

If you've been losing weight on what you're eating now, then yes, you'll need to increase your calories to maintain. Set MFP to maintain, and that will give you an idea, but you may find that it's not the exact number you need. What I would do is gradually add the calories to your daily goal, a hundred or so each week, until you stop losing.
You might find that you actually lose more as you increase the calories. That happens to some people, and you might need to increase further than you think at first.
You might also find that you have a small gain as you increase. When you eat more food, there is obviously more food/waste in your system that has a weight. Aslo, as you increase carbs, you will retain a little more water. So, it's not unusual to gain a couple of pounds going into maintenance - kind of the opposite of that sudden loss people often have in their first week or two of losing weight.
So, don't panic, you may gain a bit, or lose a bit. If you do, don't panic, and try and hold steady at that calorie level until your weight settles.
Congratulations on reaching your goal.0
