Foot Pain?

Is anyone else having trouble with their feet hurting like mad during the workouts? I had to stop last night because it was just too much no matter what I did. It's like they are cramping up or something. As soon as I stop the pain stops. I thought it might be my shoes, but did a search and it seems to be a common issue for some. I'm not real sure what to do about it, other than maybe skip the jumping for now on which seems to be when it starts!

I hope it feels better soon.

I've had wrist pain during the push-ups and well after (no doubt from carpel tunnel)...going to try wearing braces today and see if that helps. If not, I might have to do some modification during the push ups.

Yesterday I rested, but then realized that I should not have been trying to push through the pain. My right foot was all swollen and sore all day! :( Going to rest again today then try again on Monday I suppose.

    Are you feeling any better?

In my experience whenever I have really pushed through pain (not fatigue but physical pain) I have ended up injuring myself and am laid out for weeks or months. I think I just want results too quickly and tend to be really critical of myself. You'd think I would have learned after the first time!

    Anyway, take care of yourself!

I had knee pain on the outside of my right knee as well. Took a couple days off, then stuck to jump roping a little bit on those days. Today, I have a little bit of pain on the inside of right knee. I'm really trying to take it easy, rather than sticking to the challenge, mostly because I'm deathly afraid of getting a worse injury.

I am happy to report that I have not had any foot pain but my calves were killing me. So I skipped day 3 and then to get ready to bike the weekend away, I skipped day 5-7. today I'm going to try and get back on track. Hmmm...Are we on day 8 or 9. Darn, now I lost track. Anyway, I overdid the biking so my left knee is feeling "weird". I'm going to be very careful.

I plan on getting back on track today, my foot is feeling much better. I will probably go light on the jumping moves however, especially if the foot starts hurting. I do the elliptical as well so I should get plenty of cardio in.
