Since I weigh in on Fridays thought I would get this thread started early.
I didn't quite meet my 1lb goal, but I am not surprised since I wan't able to get in as many workouts as I wanted due to the heat.
Managed to lose .4lbs and I am happy that the numbers are still moving in the right direction.

I didn't meet my weight goal challenge for the week but I did lose .5 lbs. However I meet my goal of drinking 8 cups of water for 5 days.
My week 1 goal was:
Week 1:
Weight goal: Lose 1.2 lb
Nutrition goal: Drink at least 8 cups of water 5 days out of 7.
SW = 147.5 lbs (7/12/13)
Summer Challenge goal weigh = 137.5 lbs ( -10 lbs)
Goal weight = 125 lbs

Week #3: In sum it appears that there was no weight loss ( in fact I have 1/2lb gain), but I suspect due to the heat wave, that I am retaining extra water, the tightness of my ring.
wt = up 1/2 lb --> 15lbs to go
neck = up 0.25 (this is one of my RA indicators)
arms = same
chest & under breasts = up 0.5
waist = down 0.25! --> 1.5 inches to go
hips = down 0.5
buttocks = same
thighs = down 0.25
above knees = same

I didn't hit my weekly challenge goals but had a big loss due to being sick most of the week. I already know that my first goal for week 2 is going to be not to gain this back as I am finally feeling better! LOL.0 -

Not quite a pound lost but I think that's fine...I got sick midweek and could not exercise...managed to get some in on Saturday in the form of building a play set for my almost 2 year old daughter though...getting back into working out today! Also met my goal of drinking water and eating under calories yay!!0 -

I joined this group a bit late - so today marked the end of week 1 for me.
Here were my results compared to goals:
Week 1:
Weight goal: Lose 1.5 lb
Nutrition goal: 5 days under MFP calorie allowance
Exercise goal: 75,000 steps for the week (measured on my fitbit)
Actual:
lost 1.8 lbs (success)
Stayed at/under calorie allowance exactly 5 days this week (success)
80,465 steps for the week (success)
I'm thrilled! And ready for next weeks challenge!! Woo Hoo!!0
