I'm using a medicine ball and a kettlebell for exercise

I don't know if I am asking this question properly. I apologize for my lack of knowledge in this area.
I am currently using a 12 pound medicine ball and a 3-in-1 Kettlebell (5-8-12 lbs) twice a week. I exercise with these on average for five to ten minutes at a time.
Should I use these more than twice a week?
I am also considering getting a lighter weight medicine ball for part of my routine.
I am hoping for some advice. Thank you!

What type of things do you do?0

Medicine Ball:
Toss and Lunge - 12 lbs
Ab Jackknife - 12 lbs
Side Kick - 12 lbs
KettleBell:
Bent Row - 12 lbs
Front Squat - 8 lbs
Windmill - 5 lbs0 -
I would recommend adding an extra day in and also do more sets and more exercises so the sessions last longer. Adding something like swings (between your legs) with he KB would be good as that is pretty much a full body exercise.
I will try to suggest a few more as well (I need to check form/names as I do not use them myself).0 -
Thank you for the advice. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me.0

I'd recommend a new routine and a new kettlebell.0

First, I want to thank you for the links. I feel good about what I watched because I have been doing some of the exercises already. I think I can do about half of them. I know that when I am strong enough, I will be able to do all of them
Thank you again. This is a great start for me.0 -
kettlebell swings are fantastic and Turkish Get-ups might be the single best whole body exercise out there. Do those and start ramping up the weight as they get easy and you will see some improvements.0
