Hello!
Early this week (tues or wed) I will make a chart of the results you all post this week, highlighting both the weekly winner (woo!) and the current cumulative winner (woo woo! weight loss is long term, y'all) I will post the charts in this forum.

Not a happy week for me - full of life's up and downs... but managed to survive it and next week will be heaps better.

Self care: Got gardener in to do some heavy work, lunch out with friend, sat in a park and listened to bird song, read book/s, had a couple of nana naps when tired in afternoon. (lol)
Having problems with constipation from a procedure the week before but hopefully all sorted now - not so much of a bloated feelingyahhh!

I kind of lost it this week. It is the week before TOM and that is always the worst week for me. I so need to talk to my endocrine doc about my cycle. I have to wait for my appointment next month {sigh}0 -

Busy week - hair cut and colored, manicure, pedicure, birthday party, bunco, finished watching Game of Thrones HBO series, watched 2 other movies

For the last 3 months I have been parking as far away from my shopping areas as I can. I may not be exercising but I am getting in lots of steps. One of my clients told me I have a "bounce in my step" - much easier when 73 pounds are gone!!0 -

Self care: Went to mall to just walk around:) , watched a movie, sat outside just to enjoy the nice weather, went to a MN Twins game:), went for a walk after a gym visit, went wedding dress shopping with my daughter (she looked beautiful in every dress:),
went to farmer's market and bought some yummy fresh veggies

Ugh. I'm late checking in again, SORRY! I've been off my game the last couple weeks. Things have been rough emotionally, and I've been a great big slacker! But I'm back on track today!!
