Morning all.
Hope you've had a good week. 4 Weeks in already! Where does the time go? And wouldn't be nice if we could lose weight as easy as lose track of time!![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

I had a HORRIBLE week, my will power and motivation was nowhere to be found.
I won't be weighing in until August 12th. I need to take a break from the scale, it's toying with my mind. No bueno. :sad:

Gained 1.2 lbs. this week. My doctor said I was gluten intolerant and to cut out gluten then add it back in. I added it back in this week and gained. Between the gain and the way I feel after eating gluten, I am cutting it out completely.
