    Which is quite high, but about half a stone has gone on through silly eating over the past couple of months so I'm expecting this weight to come off quicker at the start.

    I've been at this MFP thing for a while. I know that my eating habits need to change in this 40 day challenge. I get plenty of exercise in doing martial arts four days a week. However, the challenges are just a fun way to break up the routine. I may try to stop eating carbs like my sister...she has consistently lost a pound a week in her journey.
