Week 6 Weigh in

Todays the day to record weight or you can wait until monday and so on. I particularly am going to wait till monday. The scale has not been so nice lately. I am hoping for some loss on Monday due to new ways and getting back in the gym

    Starting 255

    week 1 254 lost 1 lb

    week 2 258 gained 4 lb

    week 3 253 lost that 4 plus 1 for 5 loss

    week 4 251 lost 2 lbs total lost 4 lbs

    week 5 256 uh ohhhh weight gain but Im detrermined

    Week 6 251 Im back

    I am on my kindle so I am unable to cut and paste my previous numbers (not sure how to do it on here).

    My weight this morning is 179.4 which is not only a loss but it has been a long time since I was in the 70's. This loss is due partly from stress from family issues though which suck. I will keep the loss though.

    Starting weight - 147
    Week 1 - 144
    Week 2 - No Scale Available
    Week 3 - If the hospital scale counts (Thank GOD that's not my normal scale) - 142
    Week 4 - 141
    Week 5 - 146 (Darn holidays :))
    Week 6 - 141

    Total Lost - 6 lbs

    I have to toot my horn as I thought I was behind in what I was aiming for (I think about a pound a week is average).
    My 6 week goal was 180 and I am a half pound ahead. Oh yeah.....toot toot!!

    I hope everyone else (even those not posting numbers) have made or are close to their 6 week goal.
