So far I have lost 12 pounds in the past month or so. Attempting to swim as much as I can in between rain storms. I am glad to finally find some people for support, have been using this program on my ipod touch for quite a long time. Looking forward to getting to know you all, and thanks for inviting me.0

That's great Laura. I deal with a lot of the same problems, and I enjoy swimming as well. I am at BTS&RC 3-4 times a week for lap swims (and sometimes I go to Frieda Zamba if it's too crowded there), so maybe I'll run into you sometime!0

199.0lbs.. Down 25 lbs since my first weigh-in.. been hovering at 200.2 - 202 for the last few weeks.. It was super hard to break that 200 mark but the shear enjoyment of seeing the scale state 199 was so great
