Planks

Aim for 3 sets of 15 seconds each and try for longer every time you do them.

Please post Done, Date and how long you were able to hold it when finish.

    I'm doing a 30 day plank challenge with some of my friends on facebook. It starts at 30 seconds and supposed to work your way up to 5 minutes. Yesterday was 2:30. I did 2 minutes then my arms gave out! It was a little dissapointing that I couldn't hold for 2:30 but I was darn proud of myself for going 2 minutes because 19 days ago when this thing started I couldn't imagine even doing 30 seconds :)
