Ideal protein - my fitness pal

I was surprised to see a forum in my fitness pal. Do you guys log your food intake? does your coach review your food choices?

I am attending a meeting tomorrow and hope to start the program soon.

    Yes, I log my food (including the IP food and vitamins) here on MFP. I print it out for my coach, i like it more than writing in the log book. I also track my weight and how many inches I lose a week here.

    I track both ways -- which come to think of it might be a bit obsessive!

    Track on here and just hand my phone with my diary up to my coach. Log vitamins, exercise, water. :)
  • I track everything on App (exercise, water, food, vitamins) and print out for my coach.
