Morning all.
Hope you've had a good week. 4 Weeks in already! Where does the time go? And wouldn't be nice if we could lose weight as easy as lose track of time!
PBsMommy has released an updated version of her excellent spreadsheet, so why not after weighing in go and see how you're doing with respect to the rest of us.

I had a HORRIBLE week, my will power and motivation was nowhere to be found.
I won't be weighing in until August 12th. I need to take a break from the scale, it's toying with my mind. No bueno. :sad:

Gained 1.2 lbs. this week. My doctor said I was gluten intolerant and to cut out gluten then add it back in. I added it back in this week and gained. Between the gain and the way I feel after eating gluten, I am cutting it out completely.
