Morning y'all! Just finished Alpha Cardio. Have you gotten your workout done yet?

Hi...I just finished Alpha cardio...I liked it even more than the first time I did it...I sweat like crazy and was able to do all the moves 100 % without stopping....But only burned 175 calories...that is so so so discouraging...But I am going to keep at it...

I Completed it around 5 am! burned 265 today and sweated my butt off (gross!)0

Yes I did it after p90x chest and back. It felt great!0

Finished Cardio and 55 minutes of other challenges. Getting on the recumbent for a 45 minute 12 mile ride!

I did cardio again!! I took two days off and things got scrambled! I'll catch up this weekend. Also did 55 minutes of other MFP challenges and 48 minutes on the recumbent for 12 miles.

Got Lower Focus and AB Intervals done today. Lower Focus was good. I only had to modify a few exercises. The Ab workout is harder because of the up and down off the floor. The fact you are on the ground makes it hard to watch the TV to see what you're supposed to be doing and suddenly everyone on screen is standing up jumping around...it'll be fine though, once I get the hang of what to do on the floor. Also did 45 mins of other MFP challenges and I might get on the recumbent...haven't decided that one just yet.
