Well I met half of my week 2 mini goals
Didn't hit my 1lb goal but didn't gain either, so I'm happy with that
Hit my protein and water 5 out of 7 days
Biked 34 miles and beat my July goal so far by 6.8 miles
Didn't get to do my BL workouts since my bike is in the middle of my living room and I have yet to move it back to the office where it belongs.0 -
