Just curious what everyone is doing. This is what I did today. (granted I wouldn't recommend this workout to others!)

5 Rounds of 10 Pushups & 10 Squat.
3min:30sec. 50 Lb farmers walk
21reps-15reps-9 Reps Situps (w/10 Lb Medball in hand) & toe touches on box, 40 Lb curls
then 120 Sledgehammer swings,
6 round of 10 lb med ball slams and 10 12Lb delt raises in 5 min.
30 Kettleswing,
30 bar dips (assisted w/ band) 30 Side lat w band
3 set 50 db bench press,
ladder jumps w 10 lbs for 10 min, (various movements through the ladder)
assisted jump rope for 3 Min, ( knee & back limit me to spinning tennis balls on a rope while I jump but it works)
shoulder press 30 lbs. & then physical therapy exercises! Lol think I forgot some things I did!
I just LOVE the workout, not that I'm trying to get some quick fix. Well maybe a quick drug (exercise high) fix! I love to train, and my biggest issue is to force myself to rest! :) I have to teach water aerobics this evening as well, and my client wants me to exercise w her! :)

    I squatted 135lb 5x5 :drinker:

that's 2lb less than my bodyweight today.......... so for the first time I'm going to whine about a poxy 2lb water weight gain LOL I think it is water weight, although if I really weigh 137lb from mostly muscle gain then I'll be happy. I'm sure I've gained some fat as well but considering I dropped a 120lb barbell on the floor a few weeks ago because I got stuck at the bottom of the squat (they're rubber plates so won't break or break the floor when dropped) I've definitely got stronger :drinker: I'm going to get to my goal of my working weight being equal or greater than my bodyweight because I'm not going to be 5lb heavier before my next workout where I attempt 140lb!!!

My husband weighs around 153lb, it's one of my targets to be able to squat him. I'm not far off that either!!

Keep it up! I blew out my back yet again Thursday, so I'm on injured reserved, yet again! I'm taking a few days off, and hopefully I can add some things back in.

    :( that sucks :(

machine exercises can be good for keeping going when injured but you have to be really careful... maybe get advice from a physio about which exercises are safe and which to avoid

I'm just like a ticking time bomb....I've had functional problems for years. I just overdid it after having a false sense of security. I'm feeling better now, and doing little things. After a year of physical therapy, I don't know what else to do.
I'm just really bummed today, because a good friend got in a bike accident...it isn't deathly serious, but I feel so bad for him, and his shoulder/rotor cuff is tweaked.
I tell him what I told myself....focus on the can. There is a lot of things I can do! :)

    :( hope he recovers quickly!

yes focusing on what you can do is important.

re the thread topic: squatted 140lb.... 5, 2, 2, 3, 2 - have been working hard so got tired more quickly than usual.
