How do u handle the hunger at night when pred keeps unawake?

The prednisone causes such insatiable hunger! And nighttime is the worse. You can't sleep because of the prednisone, the house is quiet, it's awfully hard to ignore the rumbling tummy and hunger. Anybody have an idea that's worked?

Sorry, no, I eat, and get it over with quickly. Best I have found is, crackers & a slice of cheese, as the fat content puts away the craving fastest for me, for 208 calories.0

I slice of toast and peanut butter usually does the trick for me.
165 calories or less.0
