Thought I'd get this one going today. I've done 50 already. Will finish the remainder later, probably in two blocks.

Well, today I am really dragging. Tried to do the 2 miles Leslie tape, but had to quite after only18 minutes. I will get back at it later FOR SURE. I wonder if injuries just sap the energy from your body???
150 squats. WOW. the only way to get them done is to (to borrow a phrase from Nike: "just do it!") and NOT THINK about what is ahead of me! 10 -9 -8 -7 6---- here goes! I'll let you know what happens!!0 -
150 done! ouch! Started getting a little sloppy with my form and had to do them in small sets today. Hope I didn't do any damage to my knees since we have some hard work ahead of us the next few days.
