This Month is Flying by! How'd you make out this past week? Hectic Summer makes it tougher on us trying to cut weight, I know I have to get back on track get back my focus over the next week!

    166.4 - 0.2 shy of 29 pounds. Maybe I am getting off this plateau. :flowerforyou:

    I just did my morning weigh in. I measured at 206. That's the lowest I've been in probably 10 years. I wasn't expecting that since last weeks cheat day I really, really fell off the wagon. I'm 6 lbs shy of hitting the 200 lb mark. Once I hit 200 then I'm going to celebrate BIG!

    I didn't weigh in this week as I've already reached my goal weight and I'm focusing on toning up now. My dad bought a set of dumbbells yesterday :happy:

    However, keep going all my die-hards. Big hugs :heart:

    I weighed in at 148.5lbs 1.5 over my pre-vacation weight.
    This is my second day of getting all my meals planned out in advance. I need to work on getting the exercise level up again.

    Down exactly one pound since this day last week. 186.0! One little pound, but it's so exciting that it's still moving in that direction. That has not exactly been a trend for me over the past 5 years of my life! :)

    Another not spectacular week - up 0.6 pounds, and then I ate a burger & sweet potato fries for lunch. I woke up not feeling very well. Came into work but am about to head home for a nap.

    I weighed in at 160 this morning, up a couple of pounds from last week. This week was terrible as far as food goes, but I did stick to my exercise plan. I leave for vacation one week from today, and I'm going to focus HARD on eating right and getting back on track before I go.

    Keep it up Die Hards! The hard work is well worth the reward!
