i have to say i love it so far but i don't knwo about these double up fridays. i didn't have as much steam left in me to do the cardi after lower body... i may break them up them next week?

I break mine up. It works for me...I do one in the a.m. one in the p.m. because I need the recovery time. I'm on a T25 beachbody challenge group and many of them do it back to back but there are some that a.m./p.m. and some don't take 2 rest days and do one on saturday. I guess it is whatever works for you.0
