I have tried and lost weight before usually with really strict low calorie diets and have always put it back on. This time I am trying to be more sensible in my approach. Eating more, exersing and eating a little bit of everything and not cutting anything out. I plan on making it a lifestyle change this time and keeping the weight off for good this time!
  • You can add me I am determined to stay on track. I have given up smoking for nearly 3 weeks now its going great until my 17 year old comes home from school and starts annoying the hell out of me but I think he is slowly learning not to annoy me but I know things will get better. I am also slowly losing the weight
  • yeah it's tough! but set some goals... realistic & achievable... my thing this time is no diet, just eat good food. if you eat junk & processed food, slowly cut out crap food & introduce new healthy things. And when I have a treat now I make sure it's amazing & I enjoy it as a treat.
    Cheers, Mikey
