Low Carb chicken recipes

Hi, even though I'm not a big chicken fan. I'd like to eat more of it since it has so much protein. I've tried strips, grilling it, etc but I need some good tasty low carb chicken recipes.

Please share! :)

    Hello,

    I tried the strangest thing last night, but it was actually very good. I made a pizza made with chicken crust from the following link. My only suggestion would be to not make it deep dish. For me it did not get as crisp on the bottom and I think it's because it was so thick. Next time I will flatten it out on a cookie sheet. You can also make this into breadsticks. You would just flatten it out on a cookie sheet, bake and cut into strips.

    By the way, this website is great for low carb recipes. They are on the healthier side of the spectrum and don't call for a ton of out of the way ingredients.
