Question about Dumbbells

If you have dumbbells that goes up to 100 pounds and a bench, what program should be a better pick?

P.s. Option to buy barbell is not an option as of now.

    Goal is to decrease bodyfat %age. I have 5 kg ×6 plates, 2.5 kg ×4 plates, 1kg×4 plates.

    That's good that you have fractionals (the 1kgs) as one of the biggest challenges with DBs is the ramp up as people often only have 5lb increments.


    One further question. Have you done any strength training before, and if so, what was your routine?

    I did NROL last year, left it after stage 2...did Body by you by Mark Lauren starting of this year but eversince Feb 2013 due to fatigue issues, all i have done is walking. Since last week started Stronglifts with dumbbells.
