Day 9 (A Little Behind)

Just finished day 9 of 30 DS. I am okay with this. I had a four day weekend in Vegas. The only exercise I got was dancing all night long on Friday and Saturday. I started this with the intention of finishing and I will! I do not plan on taking a day off this week since it is my last week of vacation.
So I'm thinking, no matter how many days I take off because life gets in the way, I will not stop. I exercise at least 3 to 5 hours a week when I am working full time and 30 DS is an extra workout for me on top of what I already do.
I was speaking with a friend of mine about our summer weight gain and she told me, "Remember, you are not starting from 0. You have been working out for some time and you will get back into it. It is a lifestyle not a quick fix."
Going to remember this!

    I'm sure you burned plenty of calories dancing all night! You'll be fine and it's good that you're sticking to it :-)
