So instead of something daily this week I want to go with a post we can update all week long. Its all about eating right and setting attainable, measureable goals. My goal daily is to keep my diet 80/20 clean. Whose is with posting their daily meals in a quick post using the format example below to help us stay accountable for eating cleaner and staying focused.:

M1: shakeology - M2: salad - M3: ???? - S1 - luna bar - S2 - fruit salad
I still have to plan my dinner for today but you get the idea!

  • I'm terrible at meal planning. It's hard to cook for one, especially when you work different hours every day and aren't sure what kind of time you'll have to prep/eat.
