HEY EVERYONE :-D
My name is Jenna-Beth and i am at the end of week 2 and i LOVE T25!!!!!!!!! Best workout programme ever. I attempted Insanity but it was just a little too hardcore for me !
Couple of questions i would like to ask you guys.... I work full time Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm when do you do your T25 session??? Morning ? afternoon? evening? do you find it makes a difference ? I prefer to work out first thing - sometimes i will workout at night though!
When you have your double session days do you do them straight after each other? or space them out ?
I also have not long finished the Couch 2 5k app which was great however , as i am now following T25 i am trying to maintain my running 2 x week. Usually after the cardio / speed sessions. Any advice ?

Hi Doll! Due to my schedule and kiddos activities I get my workout in at 530 am or it doesn't done. I'm keeping my 5k runs to S/S only(Zombies, Run! app)0

Sooo you do T25 5X A week and run 2 x a week on your rest days????

Hi...I do T25 in mornings and also run 2 miles a day...But I do not double up on fridays or do the stretch dvd...0

Hi! I do my workout first thing in the morning allowing me to burn more calories because it gets my metabolism going. Glad you're loving T25!! I'm in my fourth week and love it!! I would recommend maybe experimenting a little. Everyone has different schedules and you'll have to find what works for you.
