    It helps my discipline a tad; I take one before each meal and it does seem to make it easier for me to stick to my target caloric intake and drive past Whataburger without too much trouble.

    I tried hydroxycut a few years ago and I feel like it just made me jittery and my skin look greyish. The only pill OTC that may help is Alli. Anything you get from other crap is coincidence.
