trying to get rid of some of this weight, i work out 5 days a week in a local crossfit gym, 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off. my diet is paleo but i took a break at the holidays, so far its been worth it. my goal is to get down to the 170's or cut come body fat.

Hey I just started trying to lose weight and get healthy. I would welcome any body listing me as a friend. I could use some advice. I'd like to talk to those in my situation and those who have been successful in losing weight and getting healthy.
