And kick me in the nuts. Seriously. I am in the middle of a huge weight increase over a period of a couple months. Something like 12lbs. Not sure what happened, but I need to get it under control. My health is going to crap. I am getting my thyroid checked, but other than that my estradiol levels went way above average and I just started meds for that.

I also need some serious cardio. Gonna try find something low impact to do in my living room until I get some weight down.
