Just starting within the last month. Changed diet around completely, working a lot of water in in place of sugary drinks, and watching portions.

Goal is 200. Basically be able to be a cool kid and carry AIWB :D if I am above that but it's muscle, then I can live with that as well.

Moving a stationary bike back into the house to use, and going to be doing a lot of bodyweight exercises to shed weight and build muscle.

Day 1 bike (working time up)
Day 2 BW workout, timed not on reps.
Day 3 rest
Day 4 start over.

BW routine:
30s burpees
30s pushups
30s jumping lunges
30s leg raises
30s jumping jacks
30s knee kicks
30s mountain climbers (I hate these!)
30s squats
30s plank
30s high knees.
Rest 2 min
Repeat
Rest 3 min
Repeat.

I'm going to hate life the first couple of weeks, then it will get better. Then I will look at a rotation of exercises.
