Ok, I like this challenge, Starting weight is 204. I am so excited to be under 200! I am going to make a meal plan today and stick with my workouts, I am also going to log everything I do to the best of my ability. I need to use my phone to log!

    I'm in the same boat, I'm currently at 207. I normally hover just right around there I can't seem to break through the 200's hopefully this week help get me going and push myself a bit harder.

    Start weight 224.2 Today's weight 223.8. Not much - but going in the right direction.

    I weighed this week 154.0 from 154.5 last week. Yes slowly but surely getting there. Hope to make the 10 lbs by end of August. Good luck and be bless>>>>>>>
