I'm checking in after not checking in for 2 weeks. My weight has been fluctuating a lot. I went as high as 206 and went down to 192. Yesterday, I was 193. This morning, I was 195.
Sooo... I didn't quite meet my goal of being 193 on July 31st. However, I was 193 on July 30th. At least, I still have a net loss for the month.

I FINISHED COLLEGE TODAY!!!!!!

You did awesome!! Congratulations on finishing college! You rocked this month with two extremely good accomplishments. Sometimes we set weight goals and life gets in the way - I had 168 and was off by 2 but knowing I am not 285 when July started makes me happy. You lost 7 LBS in a month - not everyone was that lucky! ; I give you a standing ovation! BRAVO.0 -
@Torra - Thanks!! I'm so glad that I was able to still manage to lose a couple pounds even when the final phase of senior design got in the way. Your 15 pound loss in one month is incredible! You really are owning it!0

Didn't quite meet, but it's pretty close. It was a rough month for me. I am pretty bummed that it took me a whole month to drop 3 lbs. but I also know that's a reflection of the choices I've made. Keep moving forward.0
