I finish day 1 and it reminds me of insanity without the warmup. I think that it is intense. I think it is the best workout you can possibly get in 25 minutes. I was sooo sweaty! I definatly felt it!

i just did day 1 and it was hard, not as hard as i thought it was goign to be but i had to do modified moves 3 times just to catch my breath!
i have never done insanity or anything, so i have no idea with comparisons....

Turbo Fire is so amazing! It's a lot of punching, kicking, to some great music and Chalene is a great motivator! It is so my soul mate workout. I did 17 weeks of it and just needed a change. I would tell anyone to buy Turbo Fire! It is a GREAT program. The workouts last anywhere from 15 mins to 55 mins and there are HIIT workouts and Cardio workouts. The HIITs are so much fun. I do however like the change tho switching to FT25. I'm so excited to see what my final results will be.0 -

I still modify some, because I have issues with my feet. For me that is just the way it is. I hope you accomplish your goal of no modification. Also If you like Turbo Fire with the kicking and punching you would love Combat.0

Yeah, I might get that workout sometime next year. I see a lot of ppl on here that do it and I've youtubed it. It looks really good!0 -
Keep at it! It is a great workout. I've never tried TF...is it as intense at T25/Insanity? I know you said a lot kicking/punching...I find I am very uncordinated with those movements.0 -

I have never done Insanity. But, I would recommend Turbo Fire to everyone! It is my SOUL MATE workout! It's nonstop kicking punching and she is just the best motivator in my book! I have a link for the first DVD in TF if u are interested. It's the fire starter class and it's a great workout. I did Turbo Jam before TF, so I already knew her terminology for most of the moves. I could see someone maybe getting frustrated if they started out with just TF, but u should try the link and it'll give ya at least a little bit of insight to the program. Plus her HIIT workouts are amazing!!0 -

Day 5/ Double Day Friday=DONE:drinker:
I got thru it, pushed extremely hard and now I'm too excited about REST DAY tomorrow!! I can't wait to see my body change because I know this workout WILL DO IT!! Have a lovely weekend everyone!!

So I hurt my back on Friday Double Day
Didn't realize till later that day. But Imma keep pushing. Of course yesterday was REST, and I just finished Sunday's stretch. Hopefully it will help my back and leg. Toes r numb which sucks so bad!!! We shall c how tomorrow goes.
