    Most convenient diet:

    Steamers Premium Broccoli (microwavable)
    Rotisserie Chicken / Meat
    Ken's Steakhouse Ranch
    Krafts Mayo
    Siracha Sauce
    Quest Bars
    ISOpure protein

Mix and match accordingly to your macros.

Keto is Low Carb, Moderate Protein, High Fat

Meat is not a requirement, but you do need to eat sufficient protein to ensure that you do not lose muscle mass. MOST of your calories though, should come from fat.

I like this keto calculator to help identify my protein - fat - carb targets.
