I don't work out much, but for some reason when I do, it's something by Dillinger Escape Plan, or Overkill. DEP if I want something high energy, and Overkill if I want something anthemic.0

Anything by KMFDM.1

I like to listen to Faderhead. Tzdv and sexyback get me in my running groove!0

Anything by KMFDM.
Also, I just got a good workout in to "The Bleeding" - FFDP
anything by A7X gets my blood pumping
edit: I would LOVE to add "Just One fix" by Ministry, probably my favorite. CANNOT give less than 110% when that is on!0 -
The best album to listen to is Slipknot - Subliminal Verses. I don't know why, but it keeps me pumped up.0

I lost my old playlist when my laptop died, so I just made up a new one. Highlights include:
In Shreds--The Chameleons, UK
Haloes--Christian Death ("featuring" Rozz Williams)
Something Must Break--Joy DIvision
Under My Wheels--Alice Cooper
Once in a Lifetime--Wolfsheim
Lions--Tones on Tail
Howard Hughes--Rasputina
Killing an Arab--The Cure
Wasteland--The Mission, UK
Life's a *****--Threepenny Opera (Donmar Warehouse Recording)0 -
I always listen to pretty angry stuff when working out. But the one I've been listening to a lot lately is "2012" by The World Alive, god that song makes me want to punch someone in the face, hence awesome for my workouts.1

I vary my songs because I get bored really fast if I'm hearing the same song every time I work out.
So my music ranges from Pennywise to Rage Against the Machine to Cavalera Conspiracy to Iron Maiden.0 -
Mind In A Box - Revelations seems to be my perennial workout album. I should listen to more of his stuff.0

Ruin - Lamb of God! makes me wanna run for miles!!!!0

I agree that any DEP makes for a good workout, and same for Mindless Self Indulgence.2

This always gets me pumped. If youre in the DC/MD/VA area, you should see them live.0 -
I love running to Five Finger Death Punch. Funny thing, I don't usually listen to them outside of running. They just match my tempo and keeps me going.0
-
I enjoy running...and household chores whilst listening to Alkaline Trio!
