one week in

I did the workout 4 times last week but i was only able to stick with that meal plan for 3 days and i needed some meat and bread!!! but I made sure to stay within my calorie intake for each day..so I lost 5 pounds the first week I don't see a difference yet but im going to retake my measurements at the end of this week and maybe do the workout 5days..lets keep it going let me know what you all are eating and your progress after completing a week.

    Yeah, I definitely couldn't do the meal plan thing. I had headaches and was really irritable. The DVD is getting much easier for me and I'm seeing my stomach shrinking.

    My diet is more like week 3 or 4. I tried week 1 and ummm yeah that was a FAIL! I do not eat red meat, pork, or any whites (bread, rice, pasta, etc.) I do not eat meat with every meal. Usually only at dinner. I also limit the amount of carbs I have as well by not having them with every meal. I also cut out sweets....only natural sugar from fruit.
