chest, bust, & under breasts --> all up 0.5 inch
waist, hips, buttocks, above knees -->same ?
thighs, calves--> down 0.5 inch
arms, neck --> down 0.25 inch
NSV my watch is very loose.

Week 2-149
Week 3-150.
No big deal, I got it this week.0 -
I believe that we are at the week 2 weigh in still. We did a starting weight, then week 1, and this should be week 2. Please save week 3 for next week.0

Well since I increased my workouts this week I seem to have gained a little bit. Pretty sure that with a good rest day I can lose it and give my muscles a well needed break.0

08/05: 220.4 lbs (not sure what happened, under every day and had some exercise, must have been the week before messing with me)
