low cal garlic dip for veggie slices

1 head cauliflower steamed till tender
2 heads of garlic roasted(350 for 45 minutes,I roast a bunch at once and use them all week)
2 large sliced thin onions caramelized(cook on low in a skillet till golden stirring often for 20 to 30 minutes)

Puree all above in a food processor ,scraping down 2 or 3 times till smooth (may need a few tbsp of veggie stock to make dip consistency)

    this is good with jicama slices.cucumber slices,carrot or celery sticks and baked sweet tater or zucchini or kale chips
