Hello!

This is the closest thing to the kind of group I am looking for. I am not exactly a vegan because I am okay with some milk products if slaughtering an animal was not involved in obtaining it and rennet is never used. (yuck). I am however very interested in body building while getting all of the protein I need from the best protein sources on earth vegetables, legumes, and grains! I read that I need to be eating 1.5g of protein for every pound of body weight to build muscle. Anyone have tips on this?

    yah the group is pretty dead. i follow a whole foods plant base diet low in fat and protein no supplements and put on a good amount of lean muscle mass.
