Day 5 complete. Did a few extra to make up for yestarday even though it was a rest day.

I did planks, side planks, vertical crunches and bicycle crunches...uffda...worked up a sweat even before zumba started!!!0

Day 5 done. I am surprised that my abs are kinda sore today. Guess thats par for the course when I haven't done a sit up for a year lol0

Day 5=Day 1, but I think it went pretty well. I have to remember to BREATHE otherwise I get a wicked headache (go figure, right?). I'm also combining these exercises with my lower back strengthening exercises, so overall I feel pretty great! We'll see how I feel tomorrow morning though!0
