I know today is a rest day but I did not do mine yestarday. Made up for it today. Everyone else enjoy your rest day

Day 26 done 110 sit-ups, 170 crutches, 60 leg lifts and 100 sec plank. This was hard so I split the sit- ups, crutches and leg lifts into 2 sets. Then did the plank. I also decided to use a 5lb weight and do 2 sets of 40 ab twists. Hopefully this will help with the love handles.
70 sit ups 90 crunches 42 leg raises and 50 s plank today - done! My tailbone is starting to hurt from all of these situps! Glad we're halfway done AND have a rest day tomorrow! Woohoo!
Day 25 done. 105 sit-ups, 160 crutches, 60 leg lifts and 95 sec planks. Getting excited/nervous for our arms challenge. I feel the pain already.
Oohh its a Rest day! Just finished my day 13...my abs are sore! Lol I accidentally gave myself a rest day yesterday, seeing my hubby twisted my head. Anyway I'm glad I just catches up.
100 sit ups 150 crunches 48 leg raises 90 second plank All done except I could only do 80 sec on the plank. My body is definitely ready for a rest day, but I'm going to do the full 90 seconds tonight after work. I know I can do it! Happy Friday all, enjoy your weekend and rest day, see you back on Sunday!
Day 22 done. 95 sit-ups, 140 crutches, 55 leg lifts and 90 sec. plank. Abs are hurting.
