Day 26 done 110 sit-ups, 170 crutches, 60 leg lifts and 100 sec plank. This was hard so I split the sit- ups, crutches and leg lifts into 2 sets. Then did the plank. I also decided to use a 5lb weight and do 2 sets of 40 ab twists. Hopefully this will help with the love handles.

Day 15 nearly killed me...how am I gonna get to day 30? Its getting harder everyday....thank God its my rest day tomorrow.0
