Day 22 done. 95 sit-ups, 140 crutches, 55 leg lifts and 90 sec. plank. Abs are hurting.

Done my day 11 and tomorrow is a rest day...yhiippppeeeey!
Tell me do you warm up before abs challenge? I do rope jumping for 10mins and sweat like hell then go straight to my sit ups.0 -
I normally scatter it throughout my normal workout. I'll do sit ups and some leg raises pre jog or cardio video then work in some leg raises/crunches in the during a video while they're stretching or doing something that hurts my knees. I do plank and whatever is left over after my workout.0

i don't know how long i will still be able to go on.
Today i had to take really big breaks in between each exercise.
And i'm not talking about the plank. on knees seriously after all the exercise: not more than 30 sec. i am too shaking.0 -
I had a rest day yesterday from all exercise, was just to busy studying, so ill do yesterdays tomorrow :-)0
