Good morning family,
I slept in this morning, wow I need that..I'm usually up at 4:30 every day to get in my morning walk but today I guess my body needed the rest. .so now I'm hitting the weights then some cardio..

Hi ladies!! I am new to MyFitnessPal!! I am excited to be on this journey and actually be successful. I keep quitting and starting over; fed up with myself looking and feeling unhealthy. I have a few big events coming up in September and November. I know the weight is not just going to fall off, but I know that if I work hard and be consistent, I will see results.
