Hi everyone! I'm on Day 6 of eating primal and I am really enjoying it. I feel pretty good, have a bit of a headache but I'm sure that will pass soon. I would love some primal friends, and if anyone would like to take a look at my diary and give me any suggestions, I'm open to constructive criticism :) I'm also planning on going to Trader Joes after work today if anyone has any recommendations or favorites from there. Thanks in advance!!

Welcome! TJ's is one of our main food sources. I buy their organic produce (stuff we don't get in our weekly farm share), wild salmon (canned), organic chicken, 85% chocolate, among other things that aren't primal, for the rest of my family.

Regarding the 85% dark chocolate, which one do you buy? I was looking at them and they all seem to have added ingredients. I wasn't sure what is allowed and what isn't!
