I did my first 5K run today after starting c25k .. I am on W5D3 and I finished my 5K today in 39 min... I broke my own record of 42 min and I am super happy about the fact that I was able to run/jog 75% of the distance by end of Week 5
Looking forward to improving this even better next time
I know its not a great speed but for me I was always struggling between 14:30 to 15 min/mile pace which I am happy that I am able to overcome on a tough track with gravel and grass

That's awesome Sam! Week 5 Day 3 is a real challenge as its the tipping point to continuous running! Beating 40 minutes was one of my first goals and I managed that probably around week 5 as well. Good luck in the coming weeks. Before you know it, you'll be shaving minutes off your time!

Good for you. My miles were over 15 minutes per mile when I graduated. However, they dropped quickly after that.0
