How did your first workout go?

Hi All,
I did my Cardio 1.0 today. Phew! It was tough for me. I am not in a good shape at the moment and so, constantly going for 25 minutes without a break was a problem. I made it though. Did some modifications seeing Tanya, also paused the video for a brief 1 minute in the middle to catch my breath.
I burned 357 calories along with the stretch session today - thats what my Polar FT7 said.
Looking forward (slightly scared
) to the next one tommorrow.

I got through the first day of Cardio had to do some modifications, but I feel great. Can't wait for tomorrow0

Completed Day 1 of my 1st ever Shaun T workout. I did about half and half on the modifications. However, my HRM only logged like 180 calories burned. I was sweating up a storm so 'm not sure that's correct. I think I'm going to upgrade to a Polar HRM.0

My first workout was intense I was dripping sweat and out of breath I did some modifications but overall I'm loving it it moves along so fast that I don't have time to dread doing it or wish that it was over much lol and being as to finish it made me me feel like a rockstar ????????0
