    It was good bc it was my birthday!

    I didnt do anything it was my cheat day

    What did you struggle with?
    I struggled with whether or not to have another cupcake

    What are your wins for the day?
    my wins were my bday gifts

    Ab workout and an hour of leisure walking.

    What did you struggle with?
    I ate ice cream at neighborhood night out!

    What are your wins for the day?
    I made healthy pad Thai & had one moderate size serving. Yum, it's so good.

  • Today was good. Althought the afternoon headache sucked!!

    I did a grueling 45min workout in the AM which included running and ab work.

    I caved and ate a rice krispie treat

    I didn't eat tater tots at dinner!! (hubby & friend did)

    I drink a gallon a day :)
  • How did your day go? It went ok on the whole.

    What did you do for exercise? Break it down for us! I did just over an hour of cycling in total and a big upper body strength workout with dumbbells

    What did you struggle with? fueling my workout. I don't think I'd eaten enough beforehand, and I didn't eat soon enough after, so I felt pretty ill in the evening :/

    What are your wins for the day? Completed my upper body workout with 5kg weights instead of my usual 2.5kg!
