Tomorrow is weigh in day!! It's been REALLY tough for me to not weigh in every day like I used to but I think it's made me focus more on what I am eating and getting in my 1 hour of exercise per day! September will be a new challenge for me!! The winner will be announced and it is based on percentage of weight loss!
