What motivated you today to exercise?

Do you allow yourself a little wiggle room in your diet, or are you strict with what you can or cannot eat?

What exercise did you accomplish the past 2 days?

  • What motivated you today to exercise?
    I can see and feel the muscles in my legs getting stronger, which gives me motivation to continue and push myself cycling and also to start making my upper body and core workouts stronger so I don't look out of proportion!

    Do you allow yourself a little wiggle room in your diet, or are you strict with what you can or cannot eat?
    I set strict rules for myself (no wheat, no deep fried foods) and try to stick to healthy unprocessed plant-based foods, but I allow myself little treats (hello gluten free vegan donuts!) - this weekend I fell seriously off the wagon and binged at my parents house, but I'm back on track now :)

    What exercise did you accomplish the past 2 days?
    On Saturday 18th I cycled to and from work. Normally I would go to Roller Derby practice on a Saturday evening, but I got a call from my dad and had to go visit my parents, so there was no more exercise this weekend.
  • My jiggly thighs motivates me to exercise even more!!

    I have cut back on sugar a lot. It helps with my energy level. No super highs and super lows.

    On Saturday the 18th I went on an 8 mile bike ride. On the 19th I went shooting in the mountains. Hiking was also a big part of that day.
